There's a doomsday narrative gaining traction: that AI will create a permanent underclass, that it is fundamentally antagonistic to humans, that AGI will simply replace all jobs and leave people behind.

That is not the future we choose to build.

We believe the AI restructuring of the economy will push more people into entrepreneurship - by choice, by circumstance, or by design. And we're building the tools to help them succeed: to be able to build with more agency and build more wealth for themselves and their families.

What we're building

The infrastructure of a company factory.

Quander is an applied AI product lab. We are building agents for validating, building, and scaling businesses - making it easy for anyone to create and run a company. Not thousands of companies for a handful of people. Millions of companies, for millions of people, worldwide.

Vision of the future

It is past midnight in 2056. In Jakarta, a seventeen-year-old is in her mother's kitchen typing into her phone. The model answers in her own Bahasa. She is asking it, to help her start a small business. By morning, the website is live. By the afternoon, a marketing campaign is running on three platforms in two languages. By the end of the week, customers are walking in. She has never written a line of code, never run an ad, never read a balance sheet. Ten years before this night, what she just did would have cost a Fortune 500 company millions of dollars and took two years. She did it for near nothing, between her breakfast and class.

How it works

Our system is a set of AI agents - value-creation nodes - each of which automates a critical function in the business lifecycle. Together they form a closed loop: discover, build, test, and scale.

Node 01 - live

Hypesonic: AI distribution agent

Hypesonic runs marketing and distribution continuously - testing creative, targeting audiences, and optimizing spend without human bottlenecks. It doesn't sleep, doesn't guess, and gets better over time.

It already runs paid acquisition for a wide range of customers like Kumon, Tower 28, Mochi Health, Poke, Cloaked, and System Labs, alongside many small businesses — accounting firms, ecommerce brands. The work has supported more than $300M in ad spend, outperforming teams running things traditionally by 50% to 500%.

Market discovery agent

Analyzes online forums and discussions to surface real pain points, quantify unmet demand, and identify business ideas grounded in actual market signals - not assumptions.

Node 03 - in development

Technology PM agent

Sources and communicates with engineers and designers to ship products end-to-end, looping in a human at the right moments in the product lifecycle.

As new opportunities appear across the business lifecycle, we will build additional nodes. The goal is a system that can discover, build, and scale companies repeatedly - and autonomously.

The bigger picture

A new model of economic expansion.

In the short term, we support other companies with Hypesonic, our product to reliably generate the revenue that funds their growth. But the longer arc is about something bigger: fueling a wave of entrepreneurship that wouldn't have been possible before.

For too long, the ability to start a company has been gated by capital, connections, and technical know-how. We think that's a tax on human potential. When more people can build businesses, quickly and without risk, better ideas come into the world and people can lift up their own lives.

AI should build a world that's better than anything we can currently anticipate. That is the goal and that's why we're building Quander and Hypesonic.
